BRC (Busy Run Club) – where every stride counts and every member is celebrated!
BRC TRAIL RUNS
- Join us every Saturday for an energizing 5K run through varied terrain.
BRC TRACK DAYS
- Join us every Wednesday for our dynamic BRC Track Days.
Designed to help improve your running. These track sessions focus on interval runs to enhance overall performance.
Pace groups: We’ve established three pace groups to accommodate various speeds:
● Sub 25 minutes (Advanced)
● Sub 30 minutes (Intermediate)
● Sub 35 minutes (Beginner)
We encourage honesty about your capabilities;
there’s no need for competition here. This helps us maintain consistent paces and ensure everyone has a fulfilling experience.
For those unable to run within the established pace groups, we offer an additional group with an alternative route, with no pressure on timings – We ensure that every runner feels comfortable and supported, regardless of experience or speed.
Our experienced team members guide the run, ensuring adherence to pace standards and encouraging everyone along the way.
But BRC isn’t just about running – it’s a community, a support system, and a source of motivation for runners of all levels. Stick around after the run for post-run chats and friendly competitions.
See you at the starting line!
