What’s not included:

  • Flights: Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights.
  • Lunch: Breakfast & Dinner is included as part of your booking. Additional meals are not included, but you’re welcome to add them to your booking upon arrival at Playitas Resort.
  • Health insurance: Ensure you have your own coverage during the retreat.
  • Personal expenses: Any additional costs, such as souvenirs or optional activities, are not included.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are final and non-refundable. No exchanges or credits will be provided under any circumstances, except if GymBusy cancels the retreat.
  2. Waiver Requirement: A waiver must be signed prior to attending the retreat. This will be sent to you via email upon booking.
  3. Flights & Insurance: Flights and travel insurance are not included in the retreat cost. It is your responsibility to arrange these independently.
  4. Health Insurance: GymBusy does not provide health insurance. Participants are encouraged to ensure they have appropriate coverage for travel and activities.
  5. Stripe Terms: By making payments, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Stripe, our payment processor.
  6. Class Reservations: All classes must be booked in advance via Eventbrite. Availability may be limited.
